Got this idea from THIS blog post. She's inspiring! I love her stuff.
I got the wreath for $1.00 and the frame for $.75, both at DI. Black spray paint was $.94, plus I used some glossy sealant to make the wreath shiny. The ribbon I got from a friend (Thanks, Holly!) The monogram is just a piece of sketch paper that I colored on and cut to size.

I like her frame better- the one she chose and how she sanded it. Mine was to plain to do that. Next time I go part picking at the DI, I'll keep my eye out for a better one. :)
Overall, this was a fun project and I enjoyed it!
